Advocacy Activities

In 1973, NEACH was formed to promote use of the ACH Network and to represent members’ interests as the Network was developed. 50 years later, NEACH continues the tradition of fostering the growth, safety, and security of the ACH Network and strives to keep members informed of changes to ACH Rules and best business practices.

NEACH is your voice at the national level. Through our participation in the national ACH rules-making process, we represent the interests of our members as the operating rules of the network are developed, modified, and enforced. In our ongoing focus on maximizing the value of your membership in NEACH, we have established membership in–or partnerships with–many leading financial industry councils and trade groups, outlined below. NEACH has taken a leadership role in many of these groups, helping to steer their direction. The depth of knowledge our staff shares from this participation benefits all our members.

NEACH offers a number of Task Groups and Committees members can participate in. For more information on how to join these groups, email info@neach.org.
