I placed an order and didn’t get an invoice email

We now use the Re:Members AMS. All transactional emails are sent from info@neach.org. If you didn’t receive an invoice email, please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact us at info@neach.org or call 781-321-1011 for assistance.

 
I didn’t get an email after I selected forgot my password

All password reset emails now come from info@neach.org. If you don’t receive a reset email, check your spam or junk folder. If the message still doesn’t arrive, contact info@neach.org or call 781-321-1011.


Did my username change?

Possibly. All active users have been moved into the Re:Members system, and usernames are now your email address. If you previously logged in with a different username, you will now need to use your email.

To reset your password:

  • Go to neach.org
  • Click Member Login
  • Select Reset Password

For older or inactive accounts, please contact us to reestablish your access.


Did my password change?

Yes. All passwords were securely reset during the transition. To access your account, you must create a new password using the Reset Password link on the Member Login page at neach.org.


How do I order

To order publications or register for events, start at neach.org:

  • For publications: Click Publications
  • For events: Click Programs, then Browse Events

When ready to check out, you’ll be redirected to the NEACH Member Portal at my.neach.org to complete your order.

In some cases, you may need to choose whether you’re purchasing on behalf of your organization or yourself. Certain events allow for group registration, where you can register additional staff from your organization.


How do I pay invoices

You’ll receive an invoice by email after placing an order. If you didn’t pay during checkout, the email will contain a secure link to submit payment online.

You can also:

  • Log in at my.neach.org
  • Go to My Profile
  • View and pay recent orders and print invoices

 

How do I update my profile and preferences

Log in at my.neach.org and click My Profile.

From there, you can:

  • Update your name, contact details, and password
  • Manage communication preferences

If you're an organizational admin, you’ll also be able to update your company’s information and manage user profiles for your staff.


Where’s can I find the aba lookup

Unfortunately, due to confidentiality and user agreement issues, NEACH no longer supports its own ABA Lookup Tool. Members can access the same information by using the FRBServices website by clicking here
