When is the website going offline?
June 1–9, 2025
 
Can I make purchases during that time?
Nope! The shop will be closed. Purchases can begin again after June 9th.
 
Can I access my on-demand eLearning sessions?
Not during this week. On-Demand and eLearning sessions can be accessed again after June 9th. 
 
What about Members Corner?
Our member community will be temporarily unavailable. We’ll miss the chats!
 
I’m registered for a live session during this time — what now?
All live sessions scheduled during this downtime have been rescheduled. You’ll get an email with updates shortly. Keep an eye on your inbox.
 
Will I still have access to ACHPro and ProSeries products I’ve already purchased?
If you need access during the blackout period, please email info@neach.org, and we’ll provide a special link to access the courses upon request.

What happens when the site is back?
