NEACH Announces New Staff Members

Burlington, Mass., November 5, 2021 – The New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) announced three new payments professionals have joined the organization: Mary Mumper, Joe Nompleggi, and Holly Riendeau.

As NEACH Director, Education, Mumper will support education initiatives, with a specific emphasis on enhancing the organization’s payment innovation offerings.  As Lead Advisor for NEACH Payments Group (NPG), she also will help financial institutions, corporations, and vendors solve operational and regulatory challenges, manage risk, and drive financial and business improvement through a suite of audit, risk management, and consulting services. Mumper has a long history in payments, having worked in banking for 20 years, most recently as Vice President and Lead Auditor at BankMobile. She has been certified by Nacha as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) since 2011 and received her Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) certification in 2020.

As Records Administrator and Information Technology Support Lead, Nompleggi will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and performance of company databases and ensure the security of company data. In addition, he will evaluate available technology to improve member experience and help NEACH leverage its technology and data capture in the most efficient, engaging way. Nompleggi has worked in information technology, software development and database management for over 20 years; most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Development at Complete HealthCare Solutions, Inc.

As Client Services Coordinator, Riendeau will ensure the integrity of member records. This role is critical to guarantee NEACH members have the best possible experience and NPG delivers on its contractual obligations to its clients. Previously, Riendeau was Security/BSA Analyst at Florence Bank.

“We are excited to welcome Mary, Joe, and Holly to NEACH. Each of them brings a wealth of talent, expertise, and experience in the banking and payments industries, and we’re thrilled to have them on board as we continue to grow our organization to better serve our members,” said Sean Carter, President, NEACH.
