NEACH Announces New Board of Directors Members

Angela Strozewski, Paul Connor, Neil McHugh, Megan Norris, and Jonathan Roberts join the board of directors

 

BURLINGTON, Mass., August 28, 2023 — The New England Automated Clearing House (NEACH) is pleased to announce the addition of five new members to its board of directors: Angela Strozewski, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp, Paul Conner, Vice President, Head of Electronic Payment Operations, TD Bank, NA; Neil McHugh, Head of Commercial Deposits and Treasury Management, Lending Club; Megan Norris, Chief Information Officer, National Bank of Middlebury; and Jonathan Roberts, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Navigant Credit Union.


The NEACH board of directors oversees the governance and administration of the organization and addresses topics of strategic and operational significance to NEACH and its members. The board consists of 10-20 individuals from banks and credit unions and one corporate member from a non-financial institution. NEACH’s Nominating Committee, led by Robert Cashman, President and CEO, Metro Credit Union, seeks diversity of experience and background. Board members' terms are three years.
