NEACH Update: COVID-19

NEACH Members -

The COVID-19 situation is especially troubling with significant consequences across all sectors of society. Aggressive and preventative measures are being taken to protect our individual and collective health. This an unprecedented situation which requires many of us to adjust our normal practices.

In an effort to protect the health and well-being of staff, members, and visitors, NEACH will operate on a virtual basis beginning Tuesday, March 17. Rest assured, we are not suspending or closing operations. We will continue to serve you and conduct our business on a remote basis through April 1. Services such as online education and the Payments Hotline (1-855-NEACH-QA) remain open and available to members.

I want to provide a few specific updates for events scheduled to occur over the coming weeks:

The NCP Boot Camp scheduled for March 26 will now be conducted virtually. Information will be sent to participants regarding accessing the virtual event.

Moving forward, all scheduled NEACH events online and in-person after April 1, such as the Payments Management Conference (May 11-13), remain scheduled as planned. We are continuing to closely monitor the situation and are in the process of researching options for upcoming in-person events if the need for alternatives arises. This includes hosting the event virtually or moving it to a date in the future. Any changes to scheduled programs will be communicated directly to attendees.

Please note that NEACH will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to not attend an in-person event based on concerns around your health or travel, including after any posted cancellation deadlines for the event. For updated information, please refer to our Industry Alerts page, Members Corner Open Forum, or contact our member services team for inquiries.

The health and well-being of our members remains our top priority. Thank you for your continued understanding and support as we all try to navigate this rapidly changing situation.

And most importantly, please stay safe and healthy.

Warm Regards,

Sean Carter, AAP, NCP
