To earn a NEACH U Certificate, you must complete all coursework within the calendar year, regardless of enrollment date. Coursework completion may include: completing all designated courses, meeting deadlines, finishing assignments, offering feedback, and contributing to conversations on the community platform.

Program Details

The School of Daily Operations is broken into two tracks: Beginner and Advanced. Students new to payment operations or seeking a solid foundational understanding are encouraged to enroll in the Beginner track, which offers essential courses covering fundamental aspects of daily operations, rules, and industry updates. Seasoned professionals eager to delve deeper into nuanced operational functions and industry intricacies should enroll in the Advanced track which covers more specialized topics. 

Dates & Eligibility: All participants must be at least 18 years of age, proficient in English, and committed to learning and engaging with fellow participants throughout the course. Term dates are January 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 with rolling admission. No application is required. Syllabus requirements and program fees are dependent on track enrollment.
