Exhibitor Move-In
Sunday, May 15 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. ET or Monday, May 16 from 7:00 – 7:30 a.m. ET
Exhibitors MUST be set up by Monday, May 16 at 7:30 a.m. ET
Show Hours
Monday, May 16 from 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. ET
Tuesday, May 17 from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. ET
Exhibitors MUST remain set up until 6:30 p.m. ET
Electrical Orders
Electrical requests will be made directly through the hotel’s A/V services. The electrical order form at https://bit.ly/3AiKkic. Please email the completed form to the directly to the contact listed at the top of the order form. Orders must be received more than 10 days before the start of the event to receive advanced rates.

Overnight Accommodations
Reservations must be made by April 22. Please note, available inventory may sell out prior to cut off date. A block of rooms is available at the Foxwoods Resort Casino, at a rate of $159 with a reduced resort fee of $9.95 per room, per night. taxes. Reservations can be made at https://book.passkey.com/go/NEACH2022.
Rates cannot be changed at check-in or checkout for guests who fail to identify their affiliation with at the time the reservation is made. Check-in time is after 4:00 pm ET Monday thru Saturday and after 5:00 pm ET on Sunday. Check-out time is by 11:00 am ET.
Foxwood’s cancellation policy requires guestrooms to be cancelled by 4:00 pm (2) two days prior to the date of arrival in order to avoid a cancellation penalty. Failure to give proper notification will result in the first night’s room rate being charged to the guest. A valid cancellation number is necessary to avoid a no-show charge.
