RCK
Represented Check Entry is a consumer collection of a returned check using the Automated Clearing House Network. The course introduces the Corporate Originator to their rights and responsibilities of originating RCK transactions. The RCK Entry is used by companies to attempt to collect funds from a check that has been previously returned as insufficient or uncollected. The course will review the authorization process, the requirements regarding the processing of an RCK, the retention of the source document, Reversals, the Returns process, the Returned Entry Fee and Data Security. Once the order has been processed, the Financial Institution Contact will receive a supplemental order form that will be used to designate the FI and Originator access.
