Business to Business
The Business-to-Business course introduces Corporate Originators to the use of the Automated Clearing House Network when collecting or charging other Companies. The course introduces the Corporate Originator to their rights and responsibilities of originating ACH corporate transactions. The Business-to-Business entry is commonly used by businesses to concentrate funds between Financial Institutions, make or collect payments. The course will review the authorization process and records retention requirements, the benefits of using the Prenotification Entries, the importance of acting on Notification of Change and the Returns and Reversal process. The course includes a special section for Companies using remittance data with payments. Once the order has been processed, the Financial Institution Contact will receive a supplemental order form that will be used to designate the FI and Originator access.
