Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is a course that introduces the Corporate Originator to their rights and responsibilities of originating ACH consumer payments or credit transactions, commonly used for payroll credits. The course will review the authorization process including retention requirements, the benefits of using the Prenotification Entries, the importance of acting on Notifications of Change and the Returns and Reversal process. Once the order has been processed, the Financial Institution Contact will receive a supplemental order form that will be used to designate the FI and Originator access.
