Compliance with the ACH Rules by both Originators and Third Party Senders is essential to the stability of the ACH Network.  This session we will examine the obligations of Originators and Third Party Senders as it relates to topics from authorization to responding to NOCs.  We will discuss the relationship the Originators and Third Party Senders have with their customers and their Financial Institutions. We will discuss the audit requirements for WEB Originators and all Third Party Senders. Data security requirements will also be reviewed during this session, as well as, Reversals, Reclamations, and Resubmitted.
