Brian Terry, AAP, CISSP

Brian has 30 years of experience with information technology, primarily in the financial services industry and is an Accredited ACH Professional and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional. Brian will be extensively involved in both existing Member services as well as new products and services currently under development.

Sabina Barresi, AAP

Director of Member Services

Sabina joined NEACH in 2007 and has over 18 years experience in the banking industry including cash management, online banking, electronic payments and the ACH network. Sabina is responsible for member relations and services. Sabina also assists with NEACH's Audit Services Program, educational programs, and other special projects.

Sean Carter, AAP

Senior Director of Education and Rules Development

Sean joined NEACH in 1998. He is responsible for handling member rules questions, developing and teaching NEACH training programs and in-house training/consulting programs. Sean sits on several NACHA workgroups as well as the NACHA Electronic Check Council. Sean received his AAP in 1999, and has continued to maintain his certification.

Joe Casali, AAP

Joe joined NEACH in 1989. He is responsible for the Elearning program which includes ACHPro, GOVPro, and the Association's On Demand Learning Platform. Joe also serves on several national Councils and Committees including the Internet Council, NACHA Rules Enforcement Panel and Rules Works Groups. Joe is a regular speaker for various Association events. Joe received his AAP in 1993 and has continued to maintain his certification.

Linda Gallant

Member Services Manager

After 5 years of working for a member institution Linda joined NEACH in 1999. As an integral part of the education team, Linda insures member registrations are accurate and complete. Linda also manages the order fulfillment process from order entry to shipping. Most recently Linda has taken a greater role in the accounting department, taking the order registration process to the next level in preparing the accounts receivable entry.

Carol E. Doherty, CPA

Carol joined NEACH in 2010. In the area of Fiscal Services, she is responsible for Finance and Accounting, Budget, Audit and Risk Management. In the area of Administrative Services, she is responsible for Human Resources which includes Payroll, benefits and benefit policies. Carol has over 20 years of experience working in both public accounting a variety of other industries.

Breffni McGuire

Senior Director Payments Strategy

Breffni came to NEACH in 2006 and has more than 20 years' experience in electronic payments and cash management with banks, service providers, and industry advisory firms. Breffni is responsible for developing payments strategy services for NEACH members and incorporating payments strategy issues and subject matter into traditional NEACH products and events.

Linda O'Hara

Linda joined NEACH in 2004 with over 25 years experience in electronic payments and association management. She is responsible for the strategic direction of NEACH, all products and services, governance, and relationship management with members, the Federal Reserve and other payment system stakeholders.

Larry Pirri, AAP

Director of Payment Services

Larry joined NEACH in 2005 following his retirement from the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. He has over 30 years of experience in the ACH network. He is responsible for NEACH's Audit Services Program and assisting with the educational programs and special projects. Larry received his AAP certification in 1999 and has continued to maintain his certification.

John H. Whittaker

Assistant Director, Marketing

John came to NEACH in 2007 with 3 years of experience in Marketing and a degree from Bentley College. John is responsible for managing the NEACH marketing department and marketing initiatives. John also manages the NEACH database, updates the NEACH and Payment Strategy Services web sites, provides logistical support to NEACH events, and assists in the development of new products.

Julie Deschenes

Project Coordinator

Julie joined NEACH in May 2010, and is assisting NEACH staff with organizing audit functions, member services, payment strategies, marketing and education programs and events. Julie has 16 years experience in association advocacy and project management for the home care industry and municipal government. She has an extensive background in drafting legislation and regulation, member services, advocacy and public relations/communications.
